This way I avoid excessive use of the phone but sometimes I feel ashamed when I have to enlist the help of others to mail someone for some necessary work or to search for some information and think of learning the necessary system even when I try myself. I used to be afraid of transferring money, paying bills or sharing necessary information but now I can get online money transfer, pay bills or get information through necessary apps and also read mail even if I have to mail someone or There is a problem with attaching something so I consult my son for mail. Sister Chetna says that it is because of fear that we are left behind today. If we take a little precaution, we can do more in less time with our smart phones.
