LONDON: Former Australian cricketer Lisa Stalker has become the first woman president of the International Cricketers’ Federation. A meeting of FICA’s executive committee held in Neon, Switzerland, unanimously decided to hand over the chairmanship to 8-year-old Lisa Stalker, former captain of the Australian women’s team. Former Africa batsman Barry Richards, former West Indies all-rounder Jimmy Adams and former England batsman Vikram Solanki have previously held the post. Pune-born Lisa Stalker has represented Australia in a total of 18 international matches in three formats. In ODIs, she has scored two centuries and four half-centuries in 135 matches. He has also taken 14 wickets as a spinner.
