Toronto: Toronto-based start-ups have launched a tiffin service called Pumpkin-Cart, a record-breaking number of immigrants from India to Canada. Kerala, Punjabi and Gujarati cuisines are the mainstays of the service. This is the right time for this kind of service, according to Philip Correia, CEO of Pumpkin Cart Company. Right now that Greater Toronto is limited enough. Half of Toronto’s population is immigrant, half of whom are of Indian descent, so the group has approached various restaurants to ensure that their food has received a healthcare certificate. And meals are made there and delivered to customers the next day. Korea said that in the future, it will be extended beyond the Greater Toronto Area.
