A fan asked Afridi why Virat Kohli could not score an international century for more than 1000 days. Afridi gave a funny answer to this. According to information, Afridi is someone who is known for making controversial comments about Indian cricketers but his answer to this question was different. In response to a question from those fans, he said that the real strength of players can be seen when they are in difficult times.
Virat scored his last international century in 2019 against Bangladesh at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Since then he has scored several fifties, but has not been able to reach three figures. This year has not been anything special for Kohli. He has played 16 matches in all three formats. Meanwhile, Virat has scored 476 runs in 19 innings at an average of 25.05. India will face Pakistan for the first time in the Asia Cup starting from August 27. Both these teams have been placed in Group A. There are three teams in Group A, apart from India and Pakistan, the winner of the qualifier round will make it to the group. Sri Lanka, Afghanistan and Bangladesh have been placed in Group B. A total of 13 matches will be played in this tournament from August 27 to September 11.
