Why were the men of Russia forced to flee?

More than two million people have fled to Kazakhstan alone because Russians do not need passports to travel here. In an interview given to the New York Times, 33-year-old Russian photographer Stanislava has said a lot about it. He said, ‘Recently I threw a birthday party. Then I felt that now Russia has become a country of women. While preparing for the party I was looking for male friends to help me move the furniture. By then I realized that almost everyone had left.
Chop-chop salons in central Moscow, on the other hand, were usually very crowded. Earlier there were long queues of customers but now it is completely empty. Only one to two customers come in a day. Ola, manager of this salon, says, “Usually it was very crowded. But now more than half of our customers have left the country. Most of the employees working in the salon have also left the country. Nobody is happy with President Vladimir Putin’s decision. No one wants to go to war with Ukraine.
Terrorism among women and children
A woman named Liza has told her entire story to the media. She says her husband was a lawyer in a multinational company. He was given a notice by the government for compulsory service in the army. Due to which he had to leave his job and flee to a Western European country. Liza says she can’t go with her husband because they have two children who go to school and take care of elderly parents.
Business and employment stopped, cities and towns became empty
Many cities have been evacuated as men leave Russia. Due to this, Russia has also suffered a lot economically. Many businesses have come to a complete standstill. There is a recession. Hotels, restaurants, malls and other business activities have decreased by 30 to 35 percent. Russia’s largest lender closed 529 branches in September alone, according to Kommersant newspaper. Many downtown storefronts are vacant.
Fear of border sealing has led to increased users of dating apps in neighboring countries
