An FIR has been registered against Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw on Tuesday in the selfie controversy. Social media star Sapna Gill’s lawyer Ali Kashif Deshmukh has given this information. Apart from Prithvi, a criminal case has been filed against Ashish Surendra Yadav, Brijesh and others for molesting Sapna Gill and other matters. Earlier, social media influencer Sapna Gill, who was arrested in the case of fighting and demanding money with cricketer Prithvi Shaw, got bail on Monday.
Sapna Gill’s lawyer Ali Kashif Deshmukh said that a case has been registered against Prithvi Shaw and others under sections 34, 120B, 144, 146, 148, 149, 323, 324, 351, 354 and 509. Let it be known that Sapna Gill got bail on Monday in the selfie controversy case. Along with Gill, three others were also granted bail. It may be mentioned that last week in Mumbai there was a controversy regarding taking a selfie with the Prithvi show. Meanwhile, Sapna Gill had a brawl and scuffle with Prithvi Show. His car was also attacked.
On the other hand, after getting bail, Sapna has filed a case against Prithvi and her friends in Mumbai. Sapna has accused Prithvi of assault with a weapon and criminal conspiracy. Sapna said that Prithvi touched her with bad intentions when she went to save her friend during the incident. In this case, Ashish accused Sapna of threatening him for demanding 50 thousand rupees. To which Sapna said that 50 thousand is not a big deal for me. By making 2 reels in a day I will earn this much rupees.
Four people were arrested
After this case, Mumbai police arrested four people including Sapna Gill. After this he was produced in court. However, the court rejected the police plea for four days remand of the accused. Gill, along with his friend Shobhit Thakur and two others, Rudra Solanki and Sahil Singh, were then sent to jail in judicial custody for 14 days.
After being sent to judicial custody, the social media influencer and other accused filed a bail application before the court. On Monday, the Metropolitan Magistrate of Andheri Court granted bail to all after hearing the arguments. Gill, in a plea filed through advocate Kashif Ali Khan, has claimed that the FIR against him has been registered on completely false and fabricated allegations.
