China: A private company of China has launched the world’s first such rocket today i.e. on 12 July 2023. Which is a methane-liquid oxygen rocket. America was also trying to make such a rocket but China won this game. This rocket was launched by China in the morning from Jiuquan Satellite Center in North-West China. The name of this rocket is Zhuque-2 Carrier Rocket. The rocket met all its targets as per the prescribed standards. This was the second attempt by Landspace, a private space company based in Beijing. In which he has got success. The first attempt failed in December last year.
With this launch, China has now surpassed America in terms of space launch. He also surpassed SpaceX owner Elon Musk and Blue Origin chief Jeff Bezos. That is, China has become the first country to launch a rocket using methane. Due to which pollution is reduced. It is cheap. It can easily be used in reusable rockets.
Landspace is the second Chinese company to launch a rocket with liquid-propellant. In April, Beijing-based Tianbing Technology successfully tested a rocket fueled by kerosene and oxygen. These are fuels that can be refilled in any reusable rocket. Can be reused. Private space companies have been active in China since 2014.
