A WOMAN who drove hours to pick up a free “pure bred pitbull” has said she noticed something as soon as she met the dog.
Posting under the username Madi on social media TikTok, she documented her journey picking up her new furry friend.
Madi explains how she drove two and a half hours to get a free “purebred pitbull”.
And the TikToker revealed that she found the pup advertised for free on Facebook.
But her new dog. turned out to be something totally different to what she paid for.
The footage then cuts to pictures of her dog which is clearly not a “pure bred” pitbull.
Although adorable, the dark brown dog looks like a mix of different breeds.
But despite not being the dog advertised, Madi said: “Definitely not a pitty, but wouldn’t want her any other way.”
TikTokers were quick to comment on the unusual situation.
One said: “She’s adorable but she doesn’t even have the same fur as a pit lol.”
And the creator replied: “The guy over text told me she was a pit as soon as I saw her I knew he was lying.”
Madi also guessed that her new pup is “maybe a little of pit, some lab and a shepherd of some sort”.
The TikToker added that she “hadn’t gotten a DNA test” yet so was unable to accurately clarify the breed of her furry friend.
