The airjet looms run the most in the denim industry. The highest production can be achieved through airjet looms. One loom can carry 700 to 800 meters of production per day. Less electricity is used and less noise. The need for artisans also falls short. A craftsman can easily operate eight machines. Mechanical breakdown is less and with higher working efficiency the success ratio is 35%. He gave a detailed understanding to the industrialists about shading mechanism, weft insertion mechanism and air nozzles.
