An incident of vandalism took place on Saturday in the Lakshmi Narayan Temple in the city of Brisbane, Australia. In this incident of vandalism in Lakshmi Narayan temple, it has been reported that Khalistan supporters are involved.
This is the fourth incident of temple vandalism in Australia in two months. The information about this incident came when the devotees reached the temple for worship in the morning. According to reports, Khalistani supporters allegedly vandalized the Sri Lakshmi Narayan Temple in Brisbane, south of Brisbane. Earlier too, another Hindu temple in Brisbane, Gayatri Mandir, received threatening calls from Khalistan extremists. These calls were made from the city of Lahore in Pakistan. The phone calls made from Lahore, Pakistan were allegedly made by Khalistan supporters.

Ramesh Kumar, who lives near the temple, said, “I know what has happened in Hindu temples in Melbourne. But facing this hatred is a very sad experience in itself. Temple president Satinder Shukla said that the priests and devotees of the temple called me this morning to inform me about the vandalism on the boundary wall of the temple. Shukla further said that he will hold a management committee meeting with police officials and give a detailed statement on this.
Act terrorizes Australian Hindus: Hindu Human Rights
Hindu Human Rights has termed this act of Khalistan as a pattern of terrorizing Hindus. Hindu Human Rights Director-General Sarah L Gates told Australia Today that attacks on Hindu temples are a pattern of the extremist outfit Sikhs for Justice (SFJ). Its purpose is to terrorize Australian Hindus.
