New Delhi: Khalistan Command Chief Paramjit Panjwar alias Malik Sardar Singh was shot dead in Pakistan’s Lahore on Saturday. The incident was carried out when Paramjit was throwing bricks outside his society in Lahore at 6 am. Two unknown people on a motorcycle came and fired at Paramjit. Paramjit was shifted to the hospital for treatment but he died there. Paramjit Singh was declared a terrorist by the Government of India in July 2020.
Paramjit’s role was as the leader of the terrorists
Paramjit was living and working in Lahore, Pakistan. In Pakistan he used to arrange weapons and training for the youth. He used to arrange weapons and ammunition used in bombs to attack VIPs of India. He also used to broadcast programs like Deshadrohi on Radio Pakistan to incite people against the Indian government. He also played an active role in drug trafficking. His role was that he was the leader of the terrorists.

About 2 cases were registered in India under all the sections including TADA Act against Paramjit. According to information, a large terrorist organization was formed in Punjab in the year 1986-87. One of which was KCF which was started by Wasan Singh Zafarwal. After that he was also joined by Sache Sukhdev Singh alias Sukha Niwasi Panjwar. He was a constable in the police and had been absconding for a long time. In 1989, Sukhdev was killed in an encounter with the police. After this Kanwarjit Singh became the president of this organization and Paramjit became the deputy director. After the death of Kanvarjit, the reins fell into the hands of Paramjit and he became the chief. He changed his name and settled in Pakistan long ago. His wife and two daughters live in Germany.
