Both these planets are like Super Earth. It means that both these planets are much bigger than Earth in size. When the TESS spacecraft, or Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite, took a look at TOI-2095, it appeared to be a red dwarf star, a Sun-like star, 137 light-years away from our solar system. Amazing and amazing pictures were seen.
These spacecraft find planets and stars based on more or less type. Because every planet and star either emits light or absorbs light. TOI-2095 comes from the largest star cluster in the Universe. It is cooler than our Sun. But it emits a lot of radiation, ultraviolet and X-ray waves.
Radiation from TOI-2095 could destroy the atmospheres of nearby planets. But the two planets we are talking about are far enough apart that their atmospheres are formed. It is expected that there is also water, as it is on Earth. That means human settlement can be done on these two planets in the future.
The names of these two planets are TOI-2095b and TOI-2095c. Currently their further study is going on. TOI-2095b’s distance from its star is about one-tenth the distance from Earth to the Sun. But the star is cooler than the Sun, so life could flourish on a nearby planet. This planet is 1.39 times wider than our Earth. But its mass is 4.1 times that of Earth. The planet completes one orbit of its star in 17.7 Earth days.
Another planet, TOI-2095c, is slightly farther from its Sun. One of its days is equal to 28.2 of our days. That means 24 hours of that planet is equal to 28.2 days of our earth. It is 1.33 times larger than our Earth. The weight is 7.5 times more. Both planets have surface temperatures between 24 and 74 degrees Celsius.
Felipe Murgas, an astronomer at the University of La Laguna in Spain, says that we are studying these two planets further. Preliminary investigations of them have revealed that life is possible here.
