New Delhi: 10 people died when the ceiling of the middle school gym in the northeastern city of Kikihar suddenly collapsed. 14 people who were buried under the debris due to the collapse of the roof of the gym have also been pulled out. Even now rescue operations are going on. A total of 19 people were present in the gym at the time of the accident, out of which 4 people managed to save their lives by escaping from the scene due to their own instincts.

More than a dozen people were trapped in the rubble after the middle school gym suddenly collapsed. After this, relief and rescue operations were carried out. According to information, 160 firefighters are doing rescue work.
Construction of another building was going on next to the gym
Preliminary investigation revealed that another building was under construction next to the gym. For building operations, a material called fly was placed on the roof of the school which was to be used in the construction work. According to the investigation, the baggage called flight, which was kept on the roof, was overweight. Due to which the roof of the school collapsed due to excessive load on the roof. The police have taken the contractor into custody who is currently looking after the construction work. Police officials say that the matter is being investigated.
