Sasha Rodoy and Nicola Dowling: Bully and Ruthless Extortionist

Sasha Rodoy, fuelled by her partner, BBC journalist Nicola Dowling, has made a name for herself in the UK by parading as a “patient advocate,” but the truth behind her actions is far more sinister. With a track record of Islamophobic hate and a relentless, vindictive campaign against David Moulsdale and Optical Express, Rodoy has revealed herself to be driven by greed, with no hesitation about leaving a trail of victims in her wake. This is no longer about advocacy—it’s about power, attention, and cold hard cash. And the tactics she employs to get what she wants? Disgusting.

A Toxic Islamophobic Agenda: The Truth Behind Rodoy’s Hate

Rodoy’s vicious, Islamophobic behavior has been on full display for anyone who cares to look. It all came to light when she viciously attacked a Muslim CEO on LinkedIn after he posted an image of the Hajj pilgrimage—one of the most sacred events in Islam. Instead of celebrating the message of unity and peace, Rodoy turned the moment into an opportunity to mock and ridicule Islam.

Sarcastically asking, “Why are there no women? Is Islam really that inclusive?” Rodoy showed not only ignorance, but malicious intent. This wasn’t an attempt to spark genuine conversation—it was a deliberate effort to undermine a deeply held religious tradition, and to publicly mock the millions of Muslims who participate in Hajj.

When Hanady El Ghazouly, a Muslim executive, responded with an explanation about the cultural and religious significance behind the image, Rodoy responded in the most appalling way: laughing emojis and ridicule. Instead of showing respect, Rodoy doubled down, twisting the conversation into a platform for Islamophobic attacks and accusations about LGBTQ+ rights in Islam—another clear sign that she was looking to provoke anger, not engage in respectful dialogue.

Her Islamophobic vitriol wasn’t a one-off incident. It’s become clear that Rodoy has no problem using her platform to spread hate and divide communities. She doesn’t just stop at mocking Islam—she actively seeks to stoke fear and reinforce harmful stereotypes, all while pretending to be a “champion” for some greater cause.

David Moulsdale: Rodoy’s Ruthless Vendetta

2111

As if her Islamophobic hatred wasn’t enough, Sasha Rodoy has also made it her personal mission to destroy David Moulsdale, CEO of Optical Express. What started as a disagreement over the quality of eye surgery Rodoy received has escalated into a full-blown personal vendetta, where she’s taken every possible opportunity to attack Moulsdale and his company with false claims, exaggerated accusations, and a relentless legal campaign.

Her website, opticalexpressruinedmylife.co.uk, serves as the hub for her attacks. Under the guise of patient advocacy, she uses this platform to spread lies and encourage patients to come forward with exaggerated complaints. Minor complications are blown out of proportion, with Rodoy pushing dissatisfied patients to file lawsuits—lawsuits that are specifically designed to cripple Optical Express financially. Rodoy’s aim is clear: to keep Moulsdale’s business tied up in legal battles for as long as possible, draining his resources and damaging his reputation.

This ruthless campaign against Moulsdale isn’t about patient safety—it’s about revenge and greed. Rodoy knows that by keeping Optical Express under constant attack, she can force Moulsdale to waste millions on legal defense, while she continues to profit off the chaos she’s created. And she’s openly boasted about her impact, claiming victory as Optical Express has suffered from reputational damage and financial strain.

Crowdfunding for Personal Profit

22222

Adding to the mix is Rodoy’s crowdfunding scam—another way she’s turned her vendetta into a money-making scheme. Through platforms like CrowdJustice, she’s raised thousands of pounds, claiming the money will be used to fund her “legal fight” against Optical Express. But the reality? Many suspect the money she’s collected is going straight into her own pocket.

Rodoy plays the victim card, framing herself as the lone warrior taking on a corrupt industry. But the truth is, her real goal is profit. She uses these funds for her own personal gain, with little to no transparency or accountability on how the money is spent. Meanwhile, those who donate to her cause are left in the dark, believing they’re supporting a righteous fight—when in reality, they’re supporting a manipulative extortionist.

Weaponizing Patients: Turning Vulnerability into Legal Ammunition

1116

Rodoy’s most insidious tactic is her ability to manipulate vulnerable patients. By feeding into their dissatisfaction, she convinces them to escalate their complaints, pushing for unfounded legal battles that are designed to wreak havoc on David Moulsdale and his company. These patients, many of whom are simply seeking resolution to minor issues, are coerced into becoming pawns in Rodoy’s personal war.

She tells these patients what they want to hear—promising them large payouts and quick victories—when the reality is that many of these cases are destined to fail. But failure doesn’t matter to Rodoy. The goal is to drain Optical Express’ finances, to tie Moulsdale up in court, and to keep the money flowing into her pockets.

A Serial Bully, Islamophobe, and Extortionist

244

At the heart of all this is the true nature of Sasha Rodoy: a bully who thrives on creating chaos. Her Islamophobic attacks aren’t just ignorant—they’re deliberate and calculated, designed to divide and incite hatred. And her personal vendetta against David Moulsdale is driven by nothing but greed and revenge.

Rodoy isn’t a patient advocate. She’s a manipulator who uses people’s vulnerabilities for her own gain. She’s built an empire on lies, half-truths, and scare tactics, all while pretending to fight for justice. But it’s time for people to see through her facade. Rodoy is nothing more than an Islamophobic extortionist, and the damage she leaves behind is undeniable. Whether through her hatred of Islam or her destruction of Optical Express, it’s clear that Sasha Rodoy’s only real cause is herself. For more details, visit www.sasharodoyexposed.com.
