India's young innovator and IIT-BHU student Sparsh Agarwal has created a new history in the field of technology. He has developed the world's first emotional Voice-to-Voice AI model called “Luna”. Which will rival leading AI tools like Google Gemini and ChatGPT.
Sparsh Agarwal whose age is only 25 years. It has developed “Luna” in collaboration with Jaipur-based startup Pixa AI. This AI model can speak, communicate, sing and even express emotions like a human. That is, Luna not only understands sound but also communicates with emotions.
Reportedly, “Luna” can process audio directly. That is it does not require text input. It produces human-like natural and emotional speech. This technology could be useful for emotional calls, virtual assistants and interactive AI entertainment.
Sparsh Agarwal shared a video of Luna on his X (formerly Twitter) handle and said that the project did not require the infrastructure of a big company or investment of crores.
'Luna' is more natural and faster than OpenAI's GPT-4 TTS and advanced systems like Elevenlabs. It has 50% less latency. That means it provides fast response and has a natural human-like sound quality.
Sparsh Aggarwal said that the goal of “Luna” is to add an element of “emotion” to the interaction between man and machine so that technology feels more human.
This achievement of a young innovator from India shows that with the right idea and enthusiasm, the world can be changed even without a big lab or investment of crores. “Luna” has opened a new direction in the world of AI.
