According to the details received, Devilal Bherulal Kumawat (age 7), who lives in Bhimnagar Awas of Udhana, runs a grocery shop in his house. Four days ago, a young man came to his shop to pick up a bidi. The youth asked to give BD in loan. But Devilal did not give the bidi and the youth said, I am Sagar mentally ill, you will not lend me ..? He threatened to kill Devilal by removing the paddle from his abdomen. Devilalbhai lodged a complaint with the Udha police and the police registered a case against Sagar alias Sagar Manasik Dasharath (Rah., Thakornagar, Dindoli) and arrested him.
