New Delhi: The war between Russia and Ukraine (Russia Ukraine War) is going on for the last 7 months. Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin (President Putin) made two such announcements in two days, after which there has been a stir around the world. As Putin prepares to annex four parts of Ukraine, or about 20% of the territory, to Russia, he has also ordered the partial deployment of 300,000 reserve troops. Not only this, he has also given a clear warning to the Western countries that they will use all the resources available to Russia if Russia’s territorial integrity is threatened.

What did Biden say?

In his address to the UN Assembly session, Biden said President Putin’s new threat shows his disregard for the nuclear weapons treaty. He said that a nuclear war could never be won, it should never be fought.
Biden said the war was about ending Ukraine’s right to exist and that the US would stand united against Russian aggression. On the other hand, on Putin’s statement, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he does not think that the world will allow the Russian President to use these weapons. I don’t think Putin will use these weapons.
Canada and Britain also reacted
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Russia’s order to deploy troops showed it had failed in its invasion of Ukraine. This is the first time since World War II that Russia has ordered the deployment of so many troops. On the other hand, British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace said that Putin’s decision to mobilize troops showed that his offensive was failing.
Putin’s shocking announcement
President Vladimir Putin ordered the deployment of 300,000 reserve troops to Russia on Wednesday. Putin’s announcement comes at a time when Russia is preparing to annex four parts of Ukraine. For this, Russia is going to start polling in these areas from Friday. People living in these areas will be able to cast their votes between September 23-27.
Preparing to combine these four parts
Russia is trying to annex Ukraine’s Donetsk, Luhansk, Khorasan and Zaporizhia. Putin has ordered a referendum in these areas. Meanwhile, Russia’s defense minister said 300,000 reserve troops would be deployed in the country.
