London: Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II was laid to rest on Tuesday. Famous personalities and political leaders from home and abroad were present to pay tribute to him. Earlier, King Charles III welcomed world leaders to Buckingham Palace on Sunday. American President Joe Biden also paid his last respects to the Queen. Queen Elizabeth’s coffin was carried from Westminster Abbey to Wellington Arch. Queen Elizabeth remained the Queen of Britain for 70 years and 214 days. He breathed his last at the age of 96. Quinn’s funeral was held at Westminster Abbey, where Quinn also held her wedding to Prince Philip in November 1947. His eldest son, King Charles III, wore military dress and paid his respects.
