The price of LPG gas cylinder has increased on the first day of the new year itself. According to information, the commercial cylinder has increased by 25 rupees. However, there has been no change in the prices of domestic cylinders used for domestic consumption. Along with this, no information has been found about the increase in domestic cylinder prices. On the very first day of the new year, common people have been hit hard by the recession. The state-owned oil companies have announced the new prices of LPG gas cylinders on 1 January 2023 in the capital Delhi.
The state-owned oil company has released new LPG gas cylinder prices on 1 January 2023. In the new prices, the price of a gas cylinder has increased by Rs 25. According to information, this price hike has happened only in commercial gas cylinders. Today, there has been an increase in the price of commercial gas cylinders in Delhi, the capital of the country.
A new price hike in LPG has been recorded in the capital New Delhi today. As per the new prices, per cylinder in Delhi is Rs 1769, in Mumbai Rs 1721 per cylinder, in Kolkata Rs 1870 per cylinder and in Chennai Rs 1917 per cylinder.
Domestic LPG cylinder prices in the country remained unchanged for a long time. Domestic gas cylinder prices were last hiked on 6 July 2022. Meanwhile, the oil companies increased the domestic cylinder price by Rs 50. Apart from this, if we talk about last year, the price of domestic LPG cylinder increased by a total of 153.5 rupees.
