New Delhi: Earthquake shocks are being felt one after the other in some countries of the world. After Turkey, India, earthquake shocks have been felt in Afghanistan. Today i.e. February 13 morning, earthquake shocks were felt in some areas of Afghanistan at 6.47 hours. The magnitude of the earthquake was 4.3. However, it is a relief that no damage has been reported in this earthquake. Earlier, a powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 4.3 was felt in Sikkim, India.
According to the information received, earthquake shocks were felt in Faizabad, Afghanistan on Monday morning. According to the National Center of Seismology, the epicenter of the earthquake was south-southeast of Faizabad, Afghanistan at a depth of 135 km. Its magnitude was 4.3 on the Richter scale, but no casualties have been reported so far.
Earthquake tremors in Sikkim
Earthquake tremors were also felt in India’s Sikkim early on Monday morning. The magnitude of the earthquake has been measured at 4.3 on the Richter scale. According to the National Center for Seismology, the tremors were felt at around 4.15 am in Uksom, 70 km north of Sikkim.
There was an earthquake in Assam on Sunday
Earlier on Sunday, an earthquake of magnitude 4.0 occurred in Nagaon, Assam. According to reports, tremors were also felt in parts of Bangladesh, India and Bhutan. Institute of Seismological Research (ISR) said that the tremor was recorded at 12:52 pm on Saturday at a distance of about 27 km West South West (WSW) of Surat.
Earthquakes in Turkey and Syria
