The US spends about $46 billion on aid sent abroad each year
On Saturday, Haley took aim at aid being sent overseas by the Biden administration. He pointed out in his opinion how the US is spending $46 billion per year. This expenditure is being incurred for countries like China, Pakistan and Iraq. He said “If I come to power, I will completely stop providing such huge funds to our enemies”. “We also send aid to Belarus, which is a close friend of Russian President Vladimir Putin,” Haley said in Washington. We also send aid to the communist country of Cuba, where the government labels us as a sponsor of terrorism.” Haley also said that aid is being sent to Pakistan and Iraq, where the US has expressed its opposition.
