iPhone maker Apple on Tuesday launched its first Apple Store in India. Apple CEO Tim Cook inaugurated India’s first Apple Store at the Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai. Apple’s first retail store in India has opened its doors to customers. The store is spread over an area of 20,000 square feet. The design of the Apple Store is attractive and energy-efficient. The Apple Store is designed around the theme of renewable energy. That means it will run entirely on renewable energy. The store has minimal use of lighting. The store was inaugurated by CEO Tim Cook. Apple now has a total of 551 stores in 25 countries. Another Apple store will open in Delhi’s Saket on April 20, taking the number to 552.
After 25 years, the first Apple store opened
