New Delhi: The war between Russia and Ukraine is not over. Now Ukraine has accused Russia that it bombed a particular dam due to which Ukraine is now at risk of flooding. After this bombardment, the people living on the banks of the Dnieper River and in the low-lying areas have been warned of flooding and these people have also been ordered to move to a safer place. Ukraine’s Interior Ministry has warned people living in 10 villages on the right bank of the Dnieper River not to fall for any rumours. People in low-lying areas as well as areas where flood walls are serving have also been ordered to immediately evacuate to safer places.

Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson regional military administration, said in a video posted on Telegram around 7 a.m. that Russia had bombed a pool of the Dnieper River in Ukraine, causing the water to reach dangerous levels in 5 hours.
Information emerged on Monday that Russia claimed to have thwarted a major Ukrainian offensive in the Donetsk region. The Russian military said it had killed 250 Ukrainian soldiers and destroyed 16 tanks and several military vehicles. The Russian Defense Ministry said on the Telegram channel on Monday that on June 4, a major attack was launched by the enemy, in which they did not succeed.
