Jamana said, “When my daughter told me about this, I told the teacher that she should not discuss such matters with Sohana and he left, but he returned a day later with some people and force-fed Sohana at gunpoint. was I begged them to take the money and jewelry but leave my daughter, but they did not listen.”
Saghira’s father told the media, “All the documents produced by the accused to prove that my daughter has converted to Islam and married a Muslim man of her own free will are fake.” Kidnapping and forced conversion of young Hindu girls in hinterlands of Sindh has become a threat to Hindu families.
