The Opening Ceremony will take place on the river Seine – turning this most stunning of cities into a glittering stage

For the first time in 100 years, the Olympic Games are returning to the City of Light.

Paris 2024 will include the first hospitality experiences in Olympic Games history, allowing you to get closer to the action than ever before.

There’s a huge range of customisable packages available, whether you’re looking to network with clients, relax with friends and family or simply watch world-class sport in style.

As a guest of On Location – the official Hospitality Provider for Paris 2024 – you’ll enjoy guaranteed tickets to the sporting event of your choice, exclusive access to on-site and off-site hospitality, dedicated staffing and so much more.

And in another first, you can now access seats right on the finish line for major athletics events – providing an unparalleled perspective on the greatest show on earth.

Hospitality experiences are also available for the Opening Ceremony, while Travel Packages combine preferred sports tickets and premium accommodation with special extras like access to one-off special events.

As the countdown to Paris 2024 continues with just nine months to go, here’s a sneak peak of what’s on offer –

An Opening Ceremony like never before

Paris 2024 will see an Opening Ceremony unlike any other previous Olympic Games. Instead of being held in a stadium, the event will take place on the river Seine – turning this most stunning of cities into a glittering stage.

The hospitality experiences created by On Location get you right into the heart of this history-making event, with special seating options available to the public for the first time.

The Riverside Package provides reserved places in a prime riverside grandstand with fabulous views of the proceedings, while the Quayside Package offers an even more incredible perspective from a docked boat.

For the most immersive hospitality experience, the Bridge 360 Package will treat you to stunning panoramic views of Paris, the athletes’ parade and the Olympic Ceremony from a Parisian-themed open air brasserie on the famous Alma Bridge.

It wouldn’t be Paris without great food, so all the options include dinner plus selected Champagne, wine, beer, spirits and soft drinks. Live music and entertainment will also be provided, with special celebrity appearances for guests enjoying the Gold level of service.

The best seats in the house

The Olympic Games are the world’s greatest sporting spectacle, and Paris 2024 promises to deliver yet more unforgettable moments.

From tennis and football to athletics, equestrian, swimming and diving – you’ll have your pick from a dizzying array of sports over nearly three weeks of competition.

In-venue hospitality grants you a guaranteed ticket to the sports session of your choice, premium views, and access to private or shared on-site lounges.

If you’re looking for a relaxed environment for watching sport, the Bronze service level grants you the use of a shared lounge serving street food alongside select wine and beer.

For prime service before and after the event, Silver provides an upscale buffet plus Champagne on arrival and a special gift to help you remember the day.

And for even more luxury, Gold offers the best views and seating paired with some of the most exclusive hospitality lounges and world-class service.

On the Finish Line

Thanks to innovative ‘On the Finish Line’ packages from On Location, you can now gain privileged access to rare finish line views usually reserved for dignitaries.

If watching live sport is all about getting up close to the action, it couldn’t get any better than this…

You’ll be treated to an unbeatable perspective on some of the most defining moments of Paris 2024 – getting so near to the athletes it will almost feel like you’re on the track itself.

This highly limited offering is available in two service levels.

Silver features premium hospitality before and during morning events, while Gold grants you access to the most sought-after finals and semi-finals taking place in the evenings.

Gold also includes a fine dining menu featuring a mouthwatering selection of French regional dishes and access to Salon 24, a hospitality space located in the centre of Paris inspired by the founder of the modern Olympic Games, Pierre de Coubertin.

The ultimate luxury

Some things are so good you want to keep them all to yourself…

Private boxes offer the most elevated hospitality experience at Paris 2024, with exclusive use of your box before, during and after your sporting session, plus reserved premium seats close by.

But the luxury doesn’t stop there, with a dedicated hostess and service team on hand to offer gourmet dining and premium Champagne, spirits, wine and beer.

In the intimate, relaxed environment of your private box, it’s you who sets the tone – whether you’re holding meetings with top clients or celebrating a special occasion with those closest to you.

There are a range of private boxes available at the most sought-after events, from athletics at the Stade de France to basketball and artistic gymnastics at the Bercy Arena.

Customisable packages are also available at the Roland Garros Stadium for tennis and La Défense Arena, which will host swimming events.

Travelling in style

Why let time-consuming admin get in the way of a trip of a lifetime?

On Location offers a range of travel and accommodation options so you can sit back and enjoy yourself while leaving all the hard work to the professionals.

A series of flexible packages are available to suit your needs, including accommodation in central Paris, guaranteed session tickets and dedicated staff.

The most premium options include a curated city tour and one VIP special event, plus an exclusive invitation to the Salon 24 private access lounge.

As ever, custom options are available, as are add-on extras like airport and railway station transfers.

So whichever option you choose, you’re guaranteed one of the most memorable experiences of your life.
