In her video, Lindsay Roggenbuck (@lindsayroggenbuck) demonstrated her quick trick for her followers.
If your fridge is too full to chill your champagne at your next party, this tip is worth a try.
“If you have a bottle of champagne that you forgot to put in the fridge to chill, here’s what you do,” the TikToker said.
All you need is a kitchen staple to speed up the chilling of your champagne.
“Just take a few sheets of paper towel and run them under some water to get them wet,” Lindsay advised her audience.
“Then wrap the wet paper towel around the bottle,” she said as she carried out the step.
“Pop it in the freezer for 15 to 20 minutes then you’ll have a perfectly chilled bottle of champagne,” Lindsay explained.
The party host revealed that she has made use of the hack for other beverages too.
“I’ve totally done it with cans too,” she told her viewers in the comments section.
Linday’s followers took to the comments section to share their thoughts on the trick.
“I’ve been doing this for years it works great,” wrote one TikTok user.
“I do this with two-liter [bottles],” shared another viewer.
“I do this with my canned drinks too! Works so well!” commented a third person.
