Visionet Strengthens Global Presence with London Office Opening Amid Growing Demand for AI & Cloud Services in the UK

LONDON, UK – 22 September 2025 – Visionet, a global technology and digital transformation company, has officially opened its new London office. This milestone builds on the company’s established presence in the UK since 2021 and represents the next phase of its investment in the London market. This strengthens its European footprint at a time when demand for practical, production-ready AI and digital services is accelerating.

Headquartered in New Jersey with 14 offices worldwide, Visionet sees London as more than just another pin on the map. With its connectivity, deep talent pool, and role as Europe’s leading centre for inward investment, the city offers proximity to clients, regulators, and decision-makers in a region that is rapidly advancing AI adoption and governance. London provides a natural base for Visionet’s next chapter, positioning the company to play a meaningful role in the UK’s broader digital growth across Europe.

Expanding across Europe

Ali Zubairy, Head of EU/UKI at Visionet, stated:
“London is both a financial powerhouse and one of the world’s most vibrant tech hubs. For us, this is about much more than a new address. It’s about being closer to the businesses we serve and investing in a market that’s setting the pace for AI adoption. Our focus is on helping companies take AI and digital solutions into full-scale production, ensuring they deliver measurable ROI. Building on our track record in enterprise transformations across industries, we are now enabling clients to accelerate their adoption of AI and digital platforms in ways that create tangible business impact.”

The expansion is part of Visionet’s wider strategy to stay technology-agnostic while still working closely with leading technology providers. The idea is simple: keep solutions flexible and cost-efficient so clients can scale at their own pace and address today’s business pressures to do more with less.

Services designed for the UK market

Jawad Khan, Country General Manager for the UKI market, explained:
“UK businesses are looking beyond traditional digital transformation and increasingly want AI and cloud solutions rolled out at scale. Having a centrally located hub means we can respond faster, sit down with clients, and co-design the right solutions to keep them competitive in what’s fast becoming an AI-first economy.”

With the new office, Visionet is positioned to support a wide range of industries across the UK economy. This includes healthcare, where it supports private providers and national health services through digital health platforms and safety monitoring models. In retail and consumer goods, it modernises supply chains, enhances omnichannel operations, and improves customer engagement. For financial services and insurance, it applies automation and analytics to strengthen compliance, risk management, and efficiency.

Visionet also partners with public sector organisations, such as housing bodies and local governments, to streamline services through digital adoption. These are just some of the many areas where Visionet’s flexible, industry-focused solutions are already making a measurable impact.

More than just an office

“Our goal is to be in the centre of the UK’s digital ecosystem,” Jawad added. “Not just here in name, but actually helping shape where it’s headed. This means tackling the real challenges businesses face and working side by side with them to design and implement solutions that deliver measurable results.”

The Hammersmith space is designed as a hub for collaboration and innovation. It serves as a venue where Visionet can host enterprise clients for co-creation sessions, executive briefings, and design thinking workshops. The space features live demo booths that showcase their GenAI and Cloud Studio, enabling teams and clients to jointly explore, prototype, and scale practical solutions from concept to production.

Growing local talent

Part of the plan is also about people. By recruiting in London, Visionet hopes to create a diverse team that understands the UK market and can drive the next phase of digital innovation.

“Developing local talent is one of our priorities,” said Ali. “We want to offer opportunities for skilled professionals who can support clients right now while also shaping the future of digital transformation in the UK.”

Launch event

The inauguration event brought together Visionet customers, industry leaders, and dignitaries for a day of networking and collaboration. Attendees heard from company executives, experienced live demonstrations of their GenAI Studio and Cloud Studio, and engaged with peers to exchange ideas and best practices shaping the future of digital transformation.

Howard Dawber, Deputy Mayor of London for Business and Growth, said:
“I am delighted to see Visionet officially open its new office in London, which highlights the capital’s position as a vital destination for global innovation and tech businesses.

Visionet works in the AI, cloud computing and digital transformation sector on some of the biggest projects with global clients, and their London office will offer unrivalled access to growth markets.

There is clearly a huge appetite from global industries to expand to London, and the Mayor and I are proud to welcome new businesses to our city as we work together to build a better, more prosperous London for all.”
