New Delhi: A small plane crash has taken place near California Airport. Due to this accident, the plane caught fire and 6 people died. According to the US Federal Aviation Administration, the accident took place at 4.15 am in Murrieta, about 130 km southeast of Los Angeles. The dead have not been identified yet. As soon as the information about this accident was received, the team of fire fighters reached the spot. Meanwhile, it took more than 1 hour to extinguish the fire in the plane.

The plane crash is being investigated by a team from the US Federal Civil Aviation Department and the National Transportation Security Board. According to media reports, the plane was traveling from Las Vegas to California. The plane took off from Las Vegas airport at 3.15 am. The plane then crashed near the city of Murrieta. According to investigators, the pilot was trying to land the plane. But in the meantime the fog was covering all around.
After this the pilot contacted ATC i.e. Air Traffic Controller and informed about the situation. ATC then cleared the pilot to land. After which when the pilot started to land the plane, the plane crashed 500 feet before the runway. Let us tell you that earlier on Tuesday, a plane crashed immediately after taking off from the French Valley Airport in Murrieta. Only the pilot died in this accident while 3 children were seriously injured.
