Chilling design for 'Euthanasia Coaster' that passengers can only go on once as it would kill anyone who rides it

Chilling plans have been laid out for a deadly roller coaster designed to kill anyone who rides it.

The “Euthanasia Coaster” concept is to help people who want to end their lives through the “elegance and euphoria” of a fairground ride, claims creator Julijonas Urbonas.

Creator Julijonas Urbonas said the idea provided 'elegance and euphoria' in a person's death[/caption]

Dubbed the “roller coaster you can only ride once”, it is a 1,600ft steel track that travels at 223mph.

The deadly element to the coaster is the fatal G-force that pummels the body throughout the three minute journey.

The eerie concept ride would see up to 24 passengers strapped into their seats for a final ride.

During the slow ascent up to the ride's maximum height the passengers are all given buttons to press – one that says stop and one that says go.

Only one person has to back out for the ride to grind to a halt.

If all on board agree to the death plunge then they are given several moments to compose themselves at the ride's highest point to say some final words before the drop begins at the push of a button.

The coaster drops over 1,600ft and at 220mph before it flattens out and races into the first loop – all at an unbearable 10 G's of force.

Seven loops would've been included in total with each one becoming tighter the longer the ride goes on.

This ensures that the strong force is constantly placed on the carriages throughout despite the reduction of speed.

Passengers would have to face 60 seconds worth of G-force during the journey – ultimately leaving close to zero chance of survival.

The “Euthanasia Coaster” would kill through cerebral hypoxia – with the brain being seriously deprived of oxygen over a short period of time.

After the final spin the train slows to a complete halt back into the station with the bodies being pulled out to be laid to rest.

Back up plans were also in place in the highly unlikely circumstance that there would be any survivors with a second run being available.

Anything above five G's is considered to be extremely high on a roller coaster with even Formula One drivers only facing up to five G's during high speed corners on race day.

Julijonas Urbonas's official website describes the coaster as “a hypothetical death machine in the form of a roller coaster, engineered to humanely – with elegance and euphoria – take the life of a human being”.

It was first shown off in 2011 as part of the HUMAN+ display in Dublin where it became the flagship exhibition at the Science Gallery.

Chilling death pod dubbed the 'Tesla of suicides'

300 people ended life using 698726723

A DEATH capsule designed to euthanize patients will be used for the first time in Switzerland in the next few weeks.

Dubbed the “Tesla” of death pods, the Sarco, short for sarcophagus, by assisted dying group Exit Switzerland is something out of sci-fi. film.

The coffin like death pod would allow the euthanasia patient to press a button and die within seconds as the chamber fills with nitrogen to starve the person of oxygen.

The person would be unconscious before they die.

The controversial assisted dying advocate and Australia researcher Dr Philip Nitschke, dubbed 'Dr Death', claims his invention could allow users to die swiftly and painlessly.

The death doc said his device would give people the chance to end their lives in a 'peaceful' way.

Local media outlet NZZ reported that the Sarco's deployment in Switzerland was expected in the next few weeks.

Meanwhile, well-informed sources told the website that Exit Switzerland's preparations are largely complete and the launch is scheduled for July.

Sources suggest a candidate for euthanasia has been allegedly selected, however it is unclear who the person is.

Euthanasia is a hotly debated topic across the globe with many countries still making it illegal.

The UK is one of the countries where it is banned.

As a result, some terminally ill people decide to travel abroad to die.

The Netherlands, BelgiumLuxembourg, Canada, Colombia and certain parts of Australia All allow for euthanasia based on specific circumstances of a person's condition.

You're Not Alone

EVERY 90 minutes in the UK a life is lost to suicide

It doesn't discriminate, touching the lives of people in every corner of society – from the homeless and unemployed to builders and doctors, reality stars and footballers.

It's the biggest killer of people under the age of 35, more deadly than cancer and car crashes.

And men are three times more likely to take their own life than women.

Yet it's rarely spoken of, a taboo that threatens to continue its deadly rampage unless we all stop and take notice, now.

That is why The Sun launched the You're Not Alone campaign.

The aim is that by sharing practical advice, raising awareness and breaking down the barriers people face when talking about their mental health, we can all do our bit to help save lives.

Let's all vow to ask for help when we need it, and listen out for others… You're Not Alone.
