But a fitness trainer claims he didn’t go on a strict diet to lose weight, instead eating pizza every day. You may find it strange to hear this but it is absolutely true. The fitness trainer also shared her old and new photos, where the difference in her body can be easily seen.
The name of the weight loss fitness trainer is Ryan Mercer, who is a resident of Ireland. Ryan, 34, claims he ate pizza three times a day for 30 days and lost weight. Ryan ate 10 slices of pizza every day for 30 days and by doing so he lost about 3.4 (7.5 LBS). Ryan took this challenge to show people that it is possible to lose weight without a calorie deficit and without giving up your favorite foods.
Ryan prepared his diet very well for this and only ate pizza for breakfast, lunch and dinner. He also said that everyone’s body is not the same and everyone’s body needs are different, so no one should follow my diet.
Ryan said during the interview, ‘When it comes to fitness goals, the cold winter month of January is very difficult for everyone, so I chose the month of January to complete my fitness goal. I started my weight loss journey from January. To stay in a calorie deficit (less food than needed) pizza was not ordered from outside but prepared at home.
Despite the calorie deficit, I can eat two pizzas a day. Balancing the calories, I ate 10 slices of pizza but I didn’t stop working out and being physically active. Ryan continued, ‘Pizza cost 885.8 rupees (10 euros) per day and breakfast cost 266 rupees (3 euros) per day. Pizza is my favorite food, so I ate it enthusiastically for 30 days, but I love to eat different varieties of pizza. Ryan said, ‘I prepared my diet after a lot of calculations, which helped me reach my goal. I was consuming 1800 to 2100 calories Monday through Friday and 2700 calories Saturday-Sunday. I was consuming 140 grams of protein per day and also 7 servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
